Master Study Programme BIOTECHNICS OF PARK AND LANDSCAPE ARRANGEMENTS
Graduate profile
Graduates will acquire knowledge and skills including the principles of greenery design in settlements and in the landscape. They master methods and means of plant material quality evaluation, they are able to design and create landscape greenery, process and ensure a complex management of implementation, maintenance and reconstruction of vegetation elements. They have knowledge of technologies of ornamental plant production and interior design. They handle the tools of graphic and verbal presentation of their work.
Employability of graduates
Graduates can perform as creative staff able to solve different tasks for landscape and garden architects. They have a qualification for managing design, implementation and maintenance of landscape and settlement greenery. They can find employment in the sectors of production and trade with ornamental plants, private sector as well as in the wider business community. They can also work as managers of production technologies and quality assessment of planting and reproductive material. They can assert themselves as qualified professionals in the field of phytosanitary plant treatment, and in assessment of the health and operational safety of trees in urban areas.
